中国4月份维持关键贷款利率不变

-- 尽管中东冲突持续,但中国第一季度经济表现好于预期,因此4月份维持基准贷款利率(贷款市场报价利率,简称LPR)不变。 中国人民银行周一发布的新闻稿称,连续第11个月将一年期LPR维持在3%,五年期及以上LPR维持在3.5%。 荷兰国际集团(ING)的分析师此前预计LPR不会发生变化,因为中国第一季度经济增长保持在4.5%至5%的年度目标区间内。 根据国家统计局上周公布的数据,第一季度官方国内生产总值(GDP)增长5%。此前,3月份通胀率小幅回落1%,低于2月份的1.3%。 据CNBC周日报道,瑞银证券中国经济学家宋宇表示,中国政府可能正在采取“观望”态度,因为需要时间来评估美伊冲突的影响。 荷兰国际集团(ING)大中华区首席经济学家宋琳在4月16日的一份报告中指出,如果外部需求开始疲软,中国可能需要推出更多金融刺激措施。 国家统计局的官方数据显示,3月份出口增长2.5%,但与1月至2月21.8%的增幅相比,增速有所放缓。 宋琳表示,尽管受到伊朗战争引发的油价冲击,中国经济仍跑赢了国际市场。 “尽管中美收益率差扩大,中国经济依然保持了增长势头。短期内的主要因素可能是中国人民银行在伊朗战争前曾短暂抑制油价上涨后,目前释放出对油价进一步上涨的容忍信号。”宋琳说道。 “有报道称伊朗希望以人民币对通过霍尔木兹海峡的船只收取通行费,这或许也提振了市场情绪,因为有关‘石油人民币’可能出现的讨论再次升温。”

Petro Rabigh Emerges From Loss in Q1; Revenue Grows

Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical (SASE:2380), d/b/a Petro Rabigh, said Sunday it swung back to profit in the first quarter of 2026, while revenue increased year over year.Net profit attributable to shareholders of the issuer for the three months ended March 31 was 1.47 billion Saudi riyals, compared with the attributable loss of 691 million riyals earlier. EPS moved to 0.88 riyal from a loss per share of 0.41 riyal.The Tadawul-listed oil refining and petrochemical company's revenue was 14.85 billion riyals, compared with 11.21 billion riyals a year ago.

Research Alert: CFRA Keeps Buy Opinion On Shares Of The Hartford Insurance Group, Inc.

CFRA, an independent research provider, has providedwith the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:We trim our 12-month target price by $8 to $155, valuing HIG shares at 11.3x our 2026 operating EPS estimate of $13.75 (cut by $0.45) and at 10.6x our 2027 EPS estimate of $14.65 (cut by $0.30), vs. the shares' one-year average forward multiple of 10.3x and peer average of 13x. Q1 EPS of $3.09 vs. $2.20 a year ago missed our $3.60 estimate and $3.39 consensus view. Operating revenue growth of 6.2% was in line with our 6%-10% forecast, amid 5.3% earned premium growth, 13% higher net investment income, and 7.9% fee revenue growth. Q1 written premium growth of 4% and full-year 2025 growth of 7% bode well for 2026 revenue trends as premiums are earned. Underwriting results improved significantly, with Personal Lines combined ratio improving to 87.7% from 106.1% and underlying combined ratio to 85.0% from 89.7%.
