-- 香港証券取引所に4月17日に提出された書類によると、Hollwin Urban Operation Service(香港証券取引所:2529)は、スマートシティ技術企業を4,950万元で買収することに合意した。 都市サービスおよび運営サービスを提供する同社の株価は、月曜午前の取引で約2%上昇した。 Hollwinは、湖南利威中天科技発展(Hunan Liwei Zhongtian Technology Development)の全株式を、支配株主である長沙都市発展集団(Changsha Urban Development Group)および5名の個人株主から取得する。 買収対象企業は、インテリジェントシステムエンジニアリング、スマートシティ構築、ソフトウェア開発サービスを提供している。 買収対価は段階的に現金で支払われ、70%は買収完了時に支払われ、残りは3年間の利益および売掛金回収目標に応じて支払われる。 Hollwinは、今回の買収によりスマートシティ関連の能力が強化され、技術主導型の都市サービスへの事業拡大が促進されると述べている。
