フォルトゥナ・マイニング社、ガイアナの石英岩プロジェクトに関する権益取得契約を締結

-- フォルトゥナ・マイニング(FVI.TO)は月曜日、ガイアナ中北部のクォーツストーン・プロジェクトに関して、ガイアナの民間企業Qstone社と権益取得契約を締結したと発表した。 この契約に基づき、フォルトゥナはクォーツストーン・プロジェクトの権益を最大70%まで取得できる可能性がある。 フォルトゥナは、4年以内に最低6万メートルの掘削を完了し、すべてのライセンス料と関連費用を負担することで、プロジェクトの権益を当初51%まで取得できる。最初のオプションを行使した場合、フォルトゥナはQstone社と合弁事業を設立する。 フォルトゥナは、最初のオプション行使後3年以内にフィージビリティスタディの費用を全額負担し、引き続きすべてのライセンス料を負担することで、プロジェクトの権益をさらに19%まで取得できる。 クォーツストーン・プロジェクトは、金生産量に対する国へのロイヤルティに加え、前所有者に有利な4.5%の製錬純収益ロイヤルティの対象となり、これは買い戻される可能性がある。 過去の掘削調査により、このプロジェクトでは地表付近に複数の高品位金鉱化帯が確認されています。 フォルトゥナ社の初期探査プログラムは、約550万米ドルの予算で、クォーツストーン鉱区で既に特定されている優先ターゲットの探査を進めるとともに、有望な26キロメートルに及ぶ主要剪断帯沿いの新たなターゲットの開拓に重点を置きます。

Natural Gas Rises Off a Two-Year Low Despite Mild Long-term Forecasts

Natural gas prices rose early Monday, rising off a two-year low despite cool long-term forecasts.Gas for May delivery was last seen up $0.08 to US$2.60 per million British thermal units.The rise comes even as long-term forecasts from the National Weather Service see most states east of the Rocky Mountains with cooler than seasonal temperatures over its six to 14 day outlook, keeping heating demand light.Still, the price of the fuel is down 13% since the April 1 start of the cooling season as supply remains robust. In its weekly report released on Wednesday, the Energy Information Administration reported inventories ended the prior week at 2.06-trillion cubic feet, 7.1% above the five-year average.

Greenland Resources Applies for Equity Investment from European Innovation Council

Greenland Resources (MOLY.TO) has applied for an equity investment from the European Innovation Council's 'EIC STEP Scale Up' scheme for a total of 50 million euros, the company said Monday.The investment will be partly funded by Horizon Europe, with the remainder provided by targeted committed capital providers, the company said.The application has successfully passed an eligibility criteria assessment, achieved the Sovereignty STEP Seal project excellence status, and was recommended by panel of jurors to the EIC Fund, which will make a final decision, subject to further due diligence, according to Greenland Resources.The EIC STEP scheme aims to scale up innovation in Europe's strategic technology sectors such as clean and resource efficient technologies including strategic raw materials.The program provides equity investments ranging from 10 million to 30 million euros, aiming to leverage private co-investment and achieve financing rounds of 50 million to 150 million euros or more.As part of the EIC STEP requirements, Greenland Resources has received firm commitments for an additional 40 million euros from two qualified investors to co-invest alongside the EIC Fund.Greenland Resources is developing the Malmbjerg molybdenum project in Greenland.MOLY was down $0.01 at $1.57 last look.Price: $1.57, Change: $-0.01, Percent Change: -0.63%
