Larvotto Resources (ASX:LRV) intersected high-grade gold-antimony-tungsten mineralization during a recent drilling at the Metz Mining Centre of its Hillgrove antimony-gold project in New South Wales, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing. The results were up to 13 meters at 8.6 grams per tonne gold equivalent (AuEq) from 253 meters, including 0.5 meters at 13.3 grams per tonne AuEq from 254 meters and 1.2 meters at 34.5 grams per tonne AuEq from 263.2 meters. The company said the results were obtained from Midas Gully, a high-grade extension to existing underground development, reinforcing continuity of the mineralized system, with the Midas target now over 700 meters long and 350 meters vertical, remaining open to the northwest and at depth. An induced polarization geophysical survey has identified responses typically associated with gold-antimony-tungsten lodes parallel to Midas, with multiple drill rigs continuing across Hillgrove, and planning underway to expand drilling to infill, step-out, and testing beneath historic workings, the filing added.
