-- ギリアド・サイエンシズ(GILD)は火曜日、アルセルクスの買収を完了したと発表した。買収額は78億ドルで、買収対象企業の株主には、保有株式1株につき現金115ドルと5ドルの条件付き権利が支払われる。 同社によると、この条件付き権利の支払いは、多発性骨髄腫の治験薬が2029年までに全世界で少なくとも60億ドルの純売上高を達成することを条件としている。 ギリアド・サイエンシズは、今回の買収により治療薬の完全所有権を取得し、将来のロイヤリティおよびマイルストーン支払い義務がなくなるとしている。 同社は、この買収による会計上の影響として、2026年の希薄化後1株当たり利益が約5.57ドルから5.67ドル減少すると予測している。
