-- ケニアは火曜日、イラン紛争に関連した世界的な原油供給の混乱によりガソリン価格が上昇したことを受け、ガソリン価格を1リットルあたり206.97シリング(1.60ドル)に引き上げた。これは約3年ぶりの高値となる。 エネルギー・石油規制庁(EPRA)は、燃料輸入価格の上昇と市場調整を理由に価格引き上げを発表した。 EPRAによると、ガソリン価格は16%上昇して1リットルあたり206.97シリング、ディーゼル価格は24%上昇して1リットルあたり206.84シリングとなり、主要輸送燃料全般で大幅な値上げが見られた。 EPRAは、灯油価格は1リットルあたり152.78シリングで据え置かれたと付け加えた。 EPRAによると、これらの価格は4月15日から5月14日までの30日間適用される。 ケニアは負担軽減のため、石油開発税基金から62億シリングを拠出し、燃料に対する付加価値税を16%から13%に引き下げると、規制当局は発表した。 EPRA(石油製品規制庁)によると、2026年2月から3月にかけて輸入燃料の平均着地価格が急上昇し、ハイオクガソリンは41.53%、ディーゼルは68.72%、灯油は105.15%それぞれ上昇した。
