中古車販売会社である同社の1株当たり基本利益は、前年同期の133.93円から118.66円に減少した。これは月曜日に東京証券取引所に提出された書類で明らかになった。
売上高は前年同期の4967億円から13%増の5628億円となった。
IDOMは、別途提出した書類の中で、1株当たり20.17円の期末配当を5月27日から支払うと発表した。
この配当額は、直近の予想配当額21.92円、前年度の配当額20.80円を下回るもので、5月26日に開催される株主総会で承認を求める予定である。
2027年2月28日を期末とする会計年度について、同社は株主に帰属する利益を142億円、基本EPSを141.42円、売上高を6290億円と見込んでいる。
IDOM は、当年度の中間配当および期末配当をそれぞれ1株当たり21.06円および21.37円とする予定である。
ACT Energy Technologies (ACX.TO) repaid in full the outstanding exchangeable subordinated promissory note, issued in connection with its acquisition of Rime Downhole Technologies, on July 11, 2023, it said on Monday.The company repaid US$20.0 million of the note, plus accrued interest.
