-- アドバンス・レジデンス・インベストメント(東証:3269)は、既存債務の借り換えと繰り上げ返済資金として、30億5000万円の新規融資を受けることを、月曜日に東京証券取引所に提出した書類で明らかにした。 この融資には、三井住友銀行とSBI新生銀行からの融資が含まれており、償還期限は2034年までとなっている。調達資金は、満期を迎える融資の返済と、コミットメントラインに基づく既存借入金15億円の繰り上げ返済に充当される。 今回の借り換え後も、同REITの有利子負債総額は2452億円で変わらない。
